A few days down in Exmoor.
Hello everyone, and welcome back to this week’s edition of Loose Watercolours! How’ve you been? Good, hopefully. I’ve been up to a lot of painting this past week - I’ve been down in Exmoor, teaching watercolour painting for five days. There were ten of us in total, and we were painting in some lovely locations all across Malmsmead, Lynmouth, and Winsford. Are any of you familiar with the novel Lorna Doone? We were painting across the bridge and church where it was set. All in all, it was a lovely few days!
How was your week? Was it relaxing? Did you get to paint? Regardless of whether you did or you didn’t, now is the perfect time to rest and reset. It was lovely to see you all at the last live broadcast, which was ‘Meandering Stream.’ The live broadcasts are usually live on Monday nights at 8pm GMT, and you can watch by popping along to Loose Watercolours or Patreon. Either one is fine, as I broadcast on both at the same time.

This week, I ended up doing a lot of painting practice on my Exmoor painting holiday. Here are a few of my finished watercolours, and I’d like to know which one you like best. Who knows?
